Pole to Plate was established in the spring of 2013. Our goal is to deliver fresh, high quality, sustainable seafood to our local community.
Living in Vermont, we found it difficult when purchasing seafood to know how fresh it was and how long it would keep. As a result, we have partnered with an established, experienced, reputable distributor out of Boston to bring you the freshest seafood. By sourcing direct and delivering the same day, our freshness and quality cannot be matched. Our plan is to pair our fresh seafood to compliment other local farm offerings in the area. We've decided to follow the ever-popular CSA model and bring you the first Vermont CSF!
